varied breakfast convenient location helpful staff
the breakfast was great, with many choices available each morning. the location was good and close to many attractions. i found the staff to be helpful, they quickly addressed all my needs.
the lighting in the corridors was rather dim, making it feel a bit dark.

there is a pretty restaurant attached to the hotel, this made dining very convenient. the hotel also has a club, a lounge and a bar on site. these various entertainment options are a definite plus.

helpful gentleman excellent location comfortable bed
I appreciated the helpful gentleman, Mr Javier, at the front desk. He was very kind to me. I enjoyed three nights here. The location in the Flatiron District was really excellent. I also found the bed to be comfortable.
The room was not cleaned two days. They knocked on my door around 9am. I was asked on my final day if I wanted my room cleaned. It seemed a bit disorganised. I wish to came back to a clean room when I paid for this service.

perfect temperature cute staff
the room temperature was perfect upon arrival. the location was good. i found the bed nice and the staff cute.
the hotel has only feather pillows. the manager was not even kind about not having non-feather pillows when i spoke to him. i am allergic to feathers.

the rooftop bar offered a peaceful retreat. the front desk offered waters which i appreciated. the room was cleaned daily.
the front desk staff seemed unfriendly at check-in. the lighting in the corridors felt too dim. i noticed some woodwork in the bathroom needed attention.

Excellent Stay Experience!

I appreciated the location. It's near the subway, though the 23rd station was closed in January. It's a seven-minute walk from Madison Square. Most staff members were friendly. They were helpful. I found a streamer in the room, a nice touch.
The room could have been a little cleaner, though it wasn't terrible. The Friday and Saturday nights had a club with loud music on the 2nd floor. This music caused the building to shake. I was on the 3rd floor.

The staff provided free water bottles daily, I appreciated this thoughtful touch. The room cleaning service was consistent. It provided fresh sheets and towels each day. The personnel was friendly. They offered helpful service.

The gym was spacious. It had lots of equipment for workouts. The room itself was pretty spacious for a hotel room. It was decorated lovely. I noted the presence of good security, which ensured a safe environment.

The front desk staff acted like they didn't care about my problems. When I said my stay was just okay, they did not ask why or how it could improve! I found that very frustrating.
